Re: Got A Good Easy Recipe???? We usually fix this in the oven, but it works on the grill also.
Take baking potatoes, however many you want to cook. Wash them well, dry with paper towels. Cut aluminum in squares big enough to wrap twice around each potato. Center the spuds in the center of the foil, spray with butter or olive oil flavored Pam; make sure the potato is covered, sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, or anything else that suits your fancy. Wrap the foil tightly around the potato, and grill until done. The time depends on your grill/oven (oven temp around 450* for a little over an hour)
My family isn't wild about eating potato skins, but they will eat them this way. |
