Funny things my pet has done......

I thought maybe we could all post something interesting or funny that one of our pets has done. I know I have so many things I would like to share so I'll start with this one................

When my daughter was graduating from high school I bought a helium tank so I could blow up a bunch of balloons myself. I would blow one up - tie a string to it and let it go up to the ceiling. Everytime I would do this - Lita would come and grab the string and carry the balloon off into the other room. She had a great time doing it and I had even a better time watching her.

Molly and Henry think I'm afraid to be in the bathroom alone or something.. so this morning.. while we all were in there.. Henry walks out.. then comes back in with one of his little stuffed toys..walks up to Molly..gently places it on her BACK and walks out..Molly turned and looked my way with this look that said, "What the hell is on me?" She didn't try to get it off..she just stood there.. a few seconds later.. Henry came back..took it off her and they both walked into the living room. I guess he just wanted her to "hold" it for a minute.

I, too, have quite a few stories, but the one that comes to mind is my Frankie .. he says "MAMA!" if he can't find me. Well, one day my next-door-neighbor came knocking at my door (I wasn't home), and she heard "Mama?" She said, "Yes, Sarah (my daughter), go get Mama!" She kept saying that over and over each time she heard him saying this....THEN she realized she was talking to my cat!! She said she must've stood there for five minutes telling him (thinking it was my daughter) to 'go get Mama....' I still tease her about it to this day!

Trying to turn on the computer this morning everything was dead. Oh NO not another power outage I thought. No everything else was working all but the computer. I could not figure it out. Then on the other side of the desk I saw the problem. M.K. my kitty was laying over the elec. surge bar and turned everything off. LOL! She usually doesn't sit up there. Mostly over my arm when I am at the computer and trying to move the mouse around. HA!

During a recent power outage my husband, my step-daughter and I were sitting in the kitchen in the dark. We each had a flashlight and Rocky, our BT, was barking at the flashlights, so my hubby put one down so he could see what it was. Rocky picked it up and promptly ran through the house with it chasing away the dark. He was quite content after that. I think he wanted his own light. We laughed until our sides hurt. We still chuckle about Rocky and his flashlight. He still wants his own flashlight whenever the lights go out.

To Stevent.222---Maybe your cat was tired of you being on the computer so much? LOL..
Joy, I can just picture Rocky running around with the flashlight..i would have been rolling on the floor...LOL

During one of my walks with Sam a couple weeks ago, he found a pacifier on the sidewalk. He took it in his mouth and walked with it for a while. Unfortunately, I was too late to take a picture. Then, a day later, he found it again, on the gras..and this time I was just in time to take a photo with my cellphone (click thumbnail for larger picture):

1 morning, I went in2 the bathroom 2 get ready 4 work & there was a mouse. I put a cat in there, he ate it. The next morning, he was sitting there waiting 4 another one!

Rocky brings me a toy to keep me entertained when I am in the bathroom. He likes to drop it in my undies when I am "indisposed." His daddy doesn't help matters. When I go to the bathroom Daddy will tell him, "Rocky, Mommy needs a toy." Rocky is always happy to help. Thanks Dad!
