Just wondering if that could be a problem with feeling tired?
I have some heart problems, a murmur and a bit of heart failure, but nothing serious according to the tests I've had done in the past years. The doctor didn't think I needed another sonogram because my heart sounded good, so he didn't order one this year. It costs over $1,500, and now with the start of the new year, insurance won't pay for anything until we have paid $5,000.00 out of pocket. We just don't have that kind of money laying around. We were hoping to be on the road or on the water by now but it hasn't happened yet. I am going to the doctor's office this morning to see if I can get some answers.

I went to the doctor's office and guess what? They found the results of the lab tests! All but the one that hasn't come back yet. They were surprised that no one had called me about the results being in. The two they "found" are negative. I made an appointment for this Friday because something is wrong. I am stubborn enough to keep at it. I know my body and I know when something is wrong. And something is wrong.

I went to the hospital last November to have the little lumps on my eyelids looked at. They said they were like litlle fatty deposits usually caused by high cholestral (mine is ok) but I could have them removed if I wanted to which I said yes.

This is now January and I still haven't heard anything.

Well Joy, Im glad the tests came back negative..but you are right about knowing your own body and if you feel there is something wrong, something they missed, keep at it. Have they checked for anemia..(dont remember if you said so or not)..I read somewhere that a lot of doctors dismiss women's complaints about being tired..("its all in your head..get some sleep. Get some exercise..blah blah")..so dont let them do that to you. If neccessary, get a second opinion...

Gail..call them up and demand they make an appointment for you!!!
