Has anyone ever noticed that when you are in the grocery store you get a cart that will not move right like the wheels are locked but when you take the same cart to the parking lot and let go of it to put the groceries in the car it takes off????

Has anyone ever noticed that after you have stood in line at the grocery store for like 15 minutes and there are about 5 people behind you, THATS when they open another checkout lane...and of course the people behind you after waiting maybe 2 minutes, get to the new one and get checked out fast...sigh...
