| Margarita Pie Crust: 1 1/4 cups crushed pretzels 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/4 cup white sugar combine crushed pretzels, melted butter and sugar. Press into a pie pan. Pie: 2 limes, key limes are extra flavorful if you can find them; juiced and zested ( I didn't use the zest, too much trouble) 1/4 cup orange juice or orange Curacao 1/4 cup (or more!) tequila 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1 container, 8 ounces, thawed Cool Whip Mix together lime juice, zest, orange juice, tequila and sweetened condensed milk. Fold in the Cool Whip. Spoon filling into the pretzel crust and chill at least 25 minutes. Not the recipe that I was looking for, but it tastes really good.

| Easy Chicken Tetrazzini In a large skillet (I use my big electric no stick frypan) saute chopped onions and garlic in butter or olive oil. Add raw chicken pieces and brown all sides. Add salt and pepper to taste and then pour cream of mushroom soup and milk (2 parts soup to one part milk) over and mix and cover with lid til chicken is cooked. (I use 2 cans of soup) While this is cooking prepare pasta noodles and put in bottom of buttered casserole dish, later put chicken and sauce over noodles and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes and then add grated cheddar to top and bake for 5 or 10 minutes longer. Serve with side of veggies or salad.

| Cereal Cookies Preheat oven to 350*1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup butter or margarine 1 cup oil 1 tsp. vanilla 3 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. soda 1 egg 1 cup flaked coconut (if you like coconut, but it isn't necessary) 1 cup rice krispies 1 cup old fashioned oats (quick cooking ones work also) 1/2 cup chopped nuts, whatever kind you like. I'm partial to black walnuts, but pecans are tasty, too. Cream sugars, margarine, oil, egg and vanilla. Sift flour together with soda and cream of tartar. Mix with sugar mixture. Mix well. Add coconut, rice krispies, oats and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and press down with fork. Bake for 12-15 minutes. This recipe makes several dozen cookies. Kids love them, and they make a wonderful breakfast on the run.

| I found this one on a recipe site for students Delicious tuna Steaks Ingredients 2 tuna steaks (200g) ( I used 3 nice sized ones enough for 2 people) 8oz worcester sauce or soya sauce Juice of half a lemon 2 cloves of crushed garlic (I cheated and used garlic granules) 2 - 3 tsp of olive oil (I did n't have olive oil so used just a little less of vegetable oil) What ever herbs you like. Directions Mix together in a flat dish ( I use a square glass oven dish so there's no chance of staining) the worcester or soya sauce, lemon juice, garlic, oil and herbs. Put tuna steaks in the mixture turning them so they are coated in mixture then leave to marinate for 30mins. When ready put the steaks in a pan and pour rest of mixture over the top. Fry gentle turning occasionally for about 10mins on a low heat (this is how I did it as funny about how long some things cook for). Serve on a bed of boiled rice which i mixed some left over juice from a tin of chopped toms into once cooked and put back on heat for a few minutes. I also did some seasoned potato wedges and put them around the edge of the plate around the rice. This isn't actually has hard as it may read and also taste better than you think. ![]()
