| Hi, my name is Cassie and I live in Northwich. I was first introduced to this site by Leon, thank you Leon, as I never knew I would enjoy this kind of thing. All the pictures of other peoples' pets, their stories and how they love their pets. I have had many pets over the years, lost several recently and I had to learn how to get on with life without them. Leon told me about a section where people share their stories about pets they've lost and think that's a great idea. I presently share a home with 5 cats: 1 Scottish Blue named Buster, he's mine and he's the only pedigree I've had, he comes when I call him and he sometimes goes cross eyed and sticks his tongue out!!! 1 very fat tortoiseshell named Pebbles, who can be very greedy, 1 chocolate moggy named Rossi who's bald on both sides due to getting severe matts who can be very grumpy but also a mardy, 1 very temperamental white moggy named Ellie who recently lost her boyfriend, a kitty who lived 1 door over named Kitty Christmas, and our youngest is Sassy, the baby, is prone to staying out all night and only coming home to eat!!! She recently lost her playmate Max, our other kitten, to a car crash, she mourned him for a while. He used to hide behind corners and jump on her, she'd look around corners for him after he died, he never jumped on her again. 1 Irish Greyhound cross named Rags, thankfully he isn't that big!!! He's nearly 14 and still has the energy of a 2 year old puppy. Lastly is our Blue Crowned Conure named Baby Boy, anyone who's seen the movie Paulie will know what he looks like. He's 4 and can live to be 30! The natural order in my house is so screwed up! Dog's afraid of the cats, the cats are afraid of the parrot and the parrot isn't scared of anything!!! Anyone who says I've got too many pets I can tell you they are all worth it. Thanks for letting me into your community and I hope to meet you all. Best Wishes, Cassie. |

| Hi Cassie, That's really the world turned upside down isn't it? Dog afraid of the cat, cat afraid of the parrot. My dog is also afraid of cats, but only if they don't run away when he comes close - then he starts looking all confused like he doesn't understand why they don't run away. Welcome aboard! Rob
