I know first hand how hard the dreaded day will be for you....i've cared for raccoon's the last 3 years and they are such a pleasure to have, always entertaining. Right now I have 3. I dread the day that these guys just don't return at night to be fed...but for me it will be about 2-3 months before that happens. They have always been able to come and go as they please and in previous years i've always had them every night until about the first part of november. Good luck to you and Bandit...and once again, thanks for rescuing him/her."
