We -pet "owners", although I don't like that word very much- love animals since they give us so. I live in Spain and we've recently watched horrible news about humans (aham!) who aren't kind to pets (that's to speak about it without showing too much anger). "HOW TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All animals that live with us humans are sacred. They give soooooooooo much to us. How can anyone believe that they aren't as important as another human life. They bring us happiness. And, yes, they sometimes bring us sorrow. But, it's only because of our love for them that the sorrow can be there sometimes. I believe that all animal abusers should get criminally sentenced to the severest sentence possible wherever they may live. There's just no excuse for it!!!"

"I once had a pet mouse that was sick and was going to die. I didn't want him to suffer so I took him to the vet to be put to sleep. Everyone thought i was insane. But no matter the size of the pet, the love is always big!!"

"Yes i agree hole heartedly, I think animal abusers should get the death penalty, just like people get for abusing and killing people, i dont see any difference between abusing people or abusing animals"
