“The very best Friend of mine for 17 years. She passed away on 21st of May. Can't tell how much I miss Her. She used to follow me everywhere. Now the whole house is so empty. We rescued her when she was just about 3-4 weeks old. Some guy had already taken her and her sisters/brothers from their mom. Their eyes weren't open yet. Wasn't sure that she'll live. She slept in my hands so she stays warm, and fed her with milk 2-3 times at night too when she "asked" for it. And she made it, she got srtong. She was a very smart, playful, funny, loving dog. As the years went by, I didn't even have to talk to her, she knew what I was thinking about just by looking in my eyes. I will never ever forget how much love she gave me.” - Zita

"My heart goes out to you with sympathy. I couldn't imagine what it would be like to lose my little Oscar (dachsund). My sincerest apologies for losing such an important person in your life, she looked like she was an absolute sweetheart."

"They change us in so many ways that they become a part of us. When we lose them we lose a part of ourselves that can never ever be replaced. I have found though that giving another animal that would otherwise be unloved all the unused love i had after my pets have passed made me feel like they were still there with me. After all, that's what i learned best from them, giving and recieving love."

"My Snowbunnie, Maltese 8 yrs old, just passed also. I also raised her from birth because she was a C-section and her mom rejected her. It's only been 3 weeks she's gone and I cry every day still. I feel your pain, it's like losing a child."
