PooPoo Earl, a real talker
“This is PooPoo Earl, our pride and joy. He is a 5 year old Quacker parrot. He has a huge vocabulary, and knows what he talking about! When he wants to play in the water he tells us he is "stinky", and "you take a bath." When he is done, he tells us to "smell" and then informs us that "PooPoo smells good!" He will also tell you that he has "Mama's 'odorant on", but that isn't true. He also asks anyone that enters our home "watcha cookin?." He has even told people to "get in the kitchen" and "cook it." Lately, he has taken to mumbling like a kid everytime I walk by "m hungry" You can see how we starve him, just feathers and bones! LOL” - Tammy
Posted by maryschneiders on 11/11/2006:"I have Budgies as of a year ago and Love them to death but only one loved a bath (Alfie) I have a lime green bathtub that is shaped like an ode fashion tub and she would hop into 3inches of water and turned it self upside down and look like it would be soaking and relaxing in it - even close its eyes while doing so. Seeing it do this was amazing - I can only imagine hearing the words to go with it. In the future would Love to add some other types of birds to my family-Yours sounds like one that would be very Special-I'm sure that some of it is the Special people it is with - You should be Proud!"
