"Kathy, God Bless you for rescuing Taco from those people. I too rescued my little chihuahua (PeeWee). He was tossed out a car window by some Jerk. I wasn't lucky enough to get a tag number on the car because it was close to dark. But fortunately I was lucky enough to see that what they tossed was moving and upon stopping my car and walking down into a fairly deep ditch I discovered him. Luckily he suffered no major injuries!!! I have had him almost 4 years now and he is my best buddy."
