“Here is my beloved Whitey, we just lost him on July 24, 2007 at 9:31. He got a bad bladder blockage and I couldn't afford surgery so we tried to make him use the bathroom using laxidives and induce vomiting, it only made him feel worse. I had to put him down because his body began to shut down and he lost a lot of strength and just wasn't really responsive. Right when they put the needle in I told him I loved him and he let out a little meow and the vet swears she heard a faint purr. This was a picture of him in his very favorite spot, his buckeye bucket! There are other pictures of him on this site as well, here, here, and here. Our other pets miss him as well, our dog Emma is grieving and just not acting her usual hyper self, and his mother Missy has been frantically searching every inch for him hoping he comes home since she had saw us leave with him but he didn't return. I did take him home with me, but we buried him before we even went in the house. I miss that guy! And I'll always love him!” - Jesi

"Very cute cat. Sorry for your lost and I have no doubt that you cat is getting along with the other pets on Rainbow Bridge. I still grieve for my Spotty dog that died last year on this day so I know what you are going through. I got a puppy to raise now just like I did with my Spotty. God Bless you and the family."

"My heart goes out to you. I lost my my Mataeo a couple of years ago. He was 6 years old and he was killed by a neighbor's dog. Even till this day a still think of him on a regular basis, and can see his face in my mind clearly."

"I'm so sorry for the loss of Whitey, I'd seen his other pictures and he really looked like a sweet kitty. Sorry for you, his Mummy, and his fellow house pets. I lost my kitty of 14 years just over a month before Whitey died. I have no doubt they're playing together on Rainbow Bridge. I still grieve for my Buster Baby, so I know the hurt you feel like many other pet owners. God bless you and I hope you find a way to deal with your grief."
