“Here is a picture of my Scruffy. She was the sweetest dog you'd ever meet. She was with me for 14 years. Just before this past Christmas, she passed away. Her and her younger brother got out of our backyard, and she got hit by a vehicle. It was terrible coming home to find her this way. Needless to say, Christmas time was a sad time in our household. It's amazing how much you can miss your puppy friends when they're gone. Since then, we've gotten another puppy. He's adorable. But, I still think of my Scruffy often. And, when I do, I want to cry. I'll always think of her and miss her. My best friend for 14 years.” - Susy Rohwer

"Sorry for your loss, I recently lost a much-loved Alsatian/Collie cross named Tanya who belonged to my Nanna, she woke up one morning and just couldn't walk. We thought it kinder to put her down, she was 14 as well. Scuffy looked like such a sweet old lady, glad to hear you loved her so much."

"I am so sorry for your loss. I just lost my dog, Buck. We had to put him down due to a complicated illness, but I know I will see him again someday. Think of all the good memories you guys had together!!"
